Saturday the 30th
*watched movies
*worked on Lola’s blanket

Sunday the 31st
*church
*grocery shopping
*knitting on Lola’s blanket
*wrote paper for school

Monday the 1st
*no Labor Day holiday for me
*in class all day long!
*wrote another paper for school
*more knitting on Lola’s blanket

Tuesday the 2nd
*class in the morning
*finished the actual knitting of Lola’s blanket

Wednesday the 3rd
*beautiful day outside
*Mom’s Bible study at noon
*packed for Damaris & my trip to Lubbock
*found a creature (turned out to be a lizard) in our house
*yoga in the evening
*spent the day sewing the 5 strips of Lola’s blanket together

Thursday the 4th
*drove to Lubbock
*went to my sister Carrie’s baby shower
*out to dinner with my sister, BIL, nephew, mom, & dad

Friday the 5th
*so nervous, my chaplaincy interview was today
*interview went great, I was offered the position on the spot by a 5-0 unanimous vote
*we’re moving to Lubbock, TX next summer!
*another baby shower for my sister
*out to dinner again with my family
*had good, good, good bonding time with my sister in the evening while the kids were out with my BIL & my parents had gone back to the hotel
